Artist talk: Theatre and the World

Conversation with Amund Sjølie Sveen about how to convey world problems in theater. Is the theater political and what is really political theater? What do we need theater for when the world is going under?  

We start each festival day with an artist talk; The seminars are led by Julie Rongved Amundsen, PhD. in theater science from UiO with the dissertation Performing Ideology. Theatricality and Ideology in Mass Performance on mass theater and ideology in North Korea and the United States.
